  This hotel is perfectly situated in Riva del Garda with views of the lake but in the centre if this wonderful town. The hotel is comfortable, clean and as we visited out of season a little quieter than normal. The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable.   The room was clean and comfortable and as described. Great view from balcony. Breakfast buffet included fresh bread rolls and pasties with lots of choice. It was pouring wth rain when we arrived, the receptionist saw us parking and came out with an umbrella, then made us tea and biscuits. It's location less than 200yrds from the Lake and led to a very pleasent stroll to Rva's old town along the lake shore line. Our balcony had wonderful view of the lake, mountains and the bastioni (castle on the mountain. We have entered Budget friendly but is good for relaxation too.

  We stayed 4 nights at the hotel: great location - close to lots of restaurants and shops - Riva Del Garda is a nice little town - the room is modern and had everything we needed, it had even a fridge and a safe - the staff was helpfull and friendly - a safe parkingplace close to the hotel - Great front office.   Great view from the terrasse overlooking the lake. Very nice breakfast location and food. Great and helpful receptionist, who let us place our old car just outside the door of the hotell. - It was a very nice hotel, in the city centre ,close to everything. And it was comfortable.

  Allt var mycket bra. Rummet var perfekt. Där fanns en "liten köksdel" där vi kunde laga lite lättare maträtter. Där fanns även mikro och diskmaskin. Detta blev en positiv överrraskning eftersom detta inte fanns med i beskivningen av rummet. Avståndet till centrum var helt ok.   It was really wonderful to have an apartment, and I loved the turn of the century run-down villa style. It was conveniently located, right near the town, and it seemed to have a lot more character than most of the resorts people stay in along the lake, which are in ugly, modern buildings.
