  We were very happy to have Francesco meet us and take us to the apartment to settle us in. The apartment was huge, very well equipped and really gave us all the room to move that we needed.   First of all, the staff. If I wanted or needed anything the answer was always "No Problem". When I missed the shuttle, a ride with a wine delivery van was quickly arranged. When I needed to leave two hours before the Dining room opened, staff was brought in to make sure I had a good breakfast to start my journey.
