  Hotel was exceptionally clean. Beautiful location, just a few minutes walk to the waterfront but quiet and out of the way. Lots of nice touches like fresh flowers in the room and a tealight being lit while you were out in the evening. Good breakfast - Friendly and Relaxed. Good food.

Walking from there was a pleasure, and it is about 10 minute walk from San Marco plazza. The service is really good and pleasant, and so was the breakfast. Room was very nice, very clean and the staff was really kind and attentive. We really had a very good time here.

  First of all, the staff. If I wanted or needed anything the answer was always "No Problem". When I missed the shuttle, a ride with a wine delivery van was quickly arranged. When I needed to leave two hours before the Dining room opened, staff was brought in to make sure I had a good breakfast to start my journey.   a fantastic location, friendly helpful staff, beautiful room - we were upgraded to junior suite on arrival- a lovely gesture that really started our break on a happy note. The closeness of the no. 1 vaporetto meant that we could be anywhere in Venice very easily, but could also escape the crowds and have a really authentic dining experience at re... vad folk säger » asonable cost, as there where many trattoria within easy walking distance of the hotel. The hotel building itself is a very historic palazzo, the mu - we loved the peace and quiet amongst the hustle bustle of Venice. the staff were charming the room was very comfortable well appointed and with a great view of the grand canal. it was very near to the waterbus and some charming small restaurants. we stayed there 2 years ago when they first opened and we would stay again.
