  We enjoyed the use of bikes to cycle into the town. This was the second time we have stayed in the hotel and chose it again because we were so pleased with the hotel, location, pool, welcome and our room. - I loved the bikes they had available! Also the gym. The room was quiet and comfy. The attached restaurant was splendid.

  The hotel is in a remote area of Belluno and situated on a hilltop. It provided a beautiful view of the Dolomiites. The room was one of two in their towers and was excellent. It was large with vaulted wood beamed ceilings. Although it was somewhat difficult to access (up an additional flight of stairs), the journey was well worth it.   This was a great place to stay - right in the center of town. Very nice, modern room with lots of space. Close to all the pottery shopping in Nove. Nice, large selection of breakfast items - mostly German or Italian specialties, but also cereal. (No hot items) The view is awesome from the restaurant on the top of the hotel.   As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. A 5 minute walk from the hotel takes you to the local square which has an array of restaurant's however do yours... vad folk säger » elf a favor and dine at the Bufola. We ate here both nights and it was delicious and not expensive. Get there by 7.15 as they will be turning people - I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.

  The room was very pretty and clean. The breakfast was awesome. The staff spoke several languages and was very helpful. It's about 10-15 minutes by bus from Piazzale Roma, the entrance to Venice. And the bus stop is right next to the hotel. Because it's not in Venice (but in Marghera, the district right next to Venice in the continent), it's a lot ... vad folk säger » cheaper than the hotels in Venice. Totally recommended. - Excellent modern hotel with lovely bathroom with an actual bathtub. Good breakfast. People coming from a cruise should take the #6 bus from the Piazza Romano and ask for the stop rather than the train as the hotel staff recommended.
