  The owner is really helpful and flexible. We had a problem with the original date we booked and they were so nice to change the date and upgrade our room without charging any extra's. The rooms are superclean with lovely views. Unfortunately we had bad weather so we couldn't use the balcony, but I can immagine that in summer this is a great way to... vad folk säger » wake up. The breakfast offers fresh strawberry's and melon, bread, muffins, apfelstrudel, cereals, croissants, juices and tea/coffee. Its all self-se - We liked very much the placement with a direct view to Lake Garda. The hotel is very quiet. The surroundings are very nice and a walk to Bardolino center along the lake promenade is also very nice.

  An excellent location. Clean pleasant room. Good complete breakfast was free with the B&B option. The evening meal on their covered deck (it was raining) was quite good - lake trout - and reasonable.   We stayed at the Venice h+h for 5 nights and it was perfect! We decided to spend an extra 100 or so euros to get an apartment instead of a hotel room and we saved a few hundred euros catering for ourselves instead of relying on the expensive restaurants of Venice. The apartment was very large and modern with everything you could need for a stay of... vad folk säger » any length. We stayed in San Zuccaria which was a 10 min walk to St Mark's sq and Rialto bridge but still not in a busy crowded tourist area. Overall - Location was excellent - close to St Marks, Rialto and the water bus stops at San Zaccarina. 5 mins walk from Coop supermarket and many restaurants and take aways. The apartment was very nice and spacious with two rooms and reasonably well renovated. Everything in venice looks worn down from the outside but once inside, the apt was very nice. Donatella and Elise were excellent hostesses and responded very priomptly to all questions and queries. Definitely recommended. Btw tourists to Venice mus

  A truly excellent hotel, located within close proximity to local train serving Venice. Both our children enjoyed the stay, with plenty to do and keep them occupied. It is a short 30 min drive to the spectacular beaches at Jesolo. The hotel is exceptionally welcoming and friendly, with great facilities, including a fantastic breakfast.
