  This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The position is perfect, the outside pool is spotlessly clean and perfect. The reception staff are the most friendly and helpful. My requests were dealt with quickly and effortlessly. Five star rating. - Everything.

  It was in a very beautiful setting and we had lovely walks and a lovely dinner. The breakfast buffet was very nice and again we had no complaints. The staff was very helpful. - Their helpfullness, friendliness and the whole experience will bring us back again

  The place is realy nice. It's not in the center of the Florence but as we came with a car that was not a problem.Hotel is great and placed on the hill and very peaceful. Breakfast was great .
