  As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. The location was close to the train and bus station, I was able to walk everywhere. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias within 2 blocks. I very much enjoyed my stay. I will stay there again. - The location was fantastic, easy walking distance from the train station and to all major tourist spots. Lots of dining options very close by. And both the central market and the leather market less than 2 minutes away! I asked the desk to change my air conditioning setting so I could make the room nice and comfortable when I returned from my excursions. I would definitely stay here again.

  I missed one train from pisa to poggibonsi at that night, and made the arriving time to 0100 am. I called the hotel and they waited me until that time. They are really nice!   Very nice room, they let me choose. Nice owner, helped me with my luggage and gave me a lift to the station on my way home. Great breakfast by choice in the cafe at the next corner, paid by the hotel because of my long stay. The hotel is located 5 minutes on foot from the Duomo and 5 minutes on foot from the bus stop to other Tuscan cities.   This was a great find. Firstly the price was excellent. To be honest was not expecting much for the money at the sea in Italy. We booked a family room. We have kids of 5 and 8. We were delighted to find that room was actually a mini suite in the sense that there were two separate rooms, a large room with comfortable double and a small balcony.
