  The staff were extremely friendly. They were helpful in giving usinformation and directions for visiting Mr Etna and also suggested wevisit a local festival. The dinner we received was great value for moneyand delicious. We had a fantastic view of Mt Etna and could see lavaflow at night. It was easy to find and had parking.   As soon as you get into the hotel you will feel like home!with a lot of privacy. You don't rent just a room but the entire structure. Nice and curate spaces, with style and design. Front desk always helpfull, gives you a lot of tips of where to go and to do in Catania and surroundings. The stucture is located just few steps from the city centre. However, the staff will help you with taking the luggage up and down the stairs. The hotel is situated in a little seedy area near the fish market. However, once you walk pass these 1-2 blocks, you are at the Elephant fountain and the Duomo so the location to the sights is great. There are lots of good seafood restaurants nearby.

  Absolutely brilliant place to stay. I could not recommend it more. Carmen and Vincenzo are probably the nicest people you'll ever meet. Vincenzo came to pick us up at the ferry. Very thoughtful of him, as we hadn't even asked for a lift. Carmen is just lovely, she let us shower after we got back from the beach even though we had already checked ou... vad folk säger » t! It's the little things! Rooms are lovely, tv, coffee maker, hair dryer and safe. Lovely views from the hotel. They have a large terrace area for t - It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable. We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hote

The Views from The Santa Margherita's Hillside position are fantastic, and although the nearest beach is only 5 minutes away, literally at the bottom of the hill, there is still a lovely pool to while away a few hours when it gets hot. - The view is amazing, the staff friendly and helpful.The food wasdelicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool andtennis court are in an extraordinary position with views of Stromboliand the Aeolian Islands. Many thanks to Fabio for his delicious welcomedrink and his gourgeous home made wine. I strongly recommend it!

  Everything! The very best agriturismo we have ever stayed at. The accommodation was so sympathetically converted with great attention to detail. Breakfasts were fantastic and we ate the farms eggs daily. The communal lounge was very well equipped and the staff efficient, kind and attentive.   Great location and atmosphere, beautifully restored building, spotless. We stayed at the suite at the top of the building with incredible views. The owner was a delightful and making sure that we are happy and comfortable. 100% recommended. There are plenty of places to have breakfast around. The ovner will advise where to park for free. - We stayed three nights in late May and felt it was an outstanding choice. Location is perfect, staff was very kind and accommodating (we were three generations of family age 4-72), the dinner at the hotel was fabulous, and the whole property was spotless. The bathrooms were modern in spite of the building being very historic; beds comfortable; views of the cathedral or the city were wonderful! A perfect introduction to a real Sicilian town.
