  The staff were extremely friendly. They were helpful in giving usinformation and directions for visiting Mr Etna and also suggested wevisit a local festival. The dinner we received was great value for moneyand delicious. We had a fantastic view of Mt Etna and could see lavaflow at night. It was easy to find and had parking.   It was in a superb location easily reached by foot from theferry..beautiful place tasefully decorated and absolutely spotless.   We were upgraded to a different residence - we had booked the San Domenico Residence but we slept in Badia Nuova Residence. The room was perfect for a couple with cooking possibilites. The location of Badia Nuova Residence is perfect: Very close to the old city center and only a 15 minute walk from the train station. - I stayed in this hotel with my husband and daughter we really enjoyed ourself - location was perfect.. Close to bars and restaurants and beach, we rented a car which made it all worth while!!! We will be back....

  This was the best holiday we've been on and we're already talking about returning next year and staying at Kallikoros again. Also Vendicari nature reserve with fabulous beaches.The staff made us feel so welcome. Yes it - First we've got a room on top of the hill and no balcony. After we've told the staff that I can't walk all too good they gave us an appartement just across the restaurant. The rooms were spacious and the shower is great. Good beds and overall a nice place to stay.

  This was a very relaxing stay for us. The resort has all the normal facilities, rooms are very comfortable, staff are excellent and go out their way to make you feel at home. It's also close to other cities ie Augusta and Syracuse and is a easy short drive to Mt Etna. - Good size rooms, nice pool, great service, quiet hotel, free wi-fi

  Excellent!!! The host was young, nice and friendly, he really did care about us and our staying there. The rooms very clean and jolly, nice decorated and our apartment included a nice kitchen where we chose to have breakfast self cooked to enjoy it together. A little bit far from the city but cosy and relaxing. It was such a pitty we couldn;t spen... vad folk säger » d more than a day there.a nice barbecue and a little olive orchard can be seen from your balcony. - The loaction may seem a little way-out but its a short walk to a good beach. The owner was really nice and helped us print our airline ticket in his house. There is a nice area for BBQ out the back, and a little retreat with hammocks. We would recommend this for a group of people to stay as the on-site bar/restaurant is a good place to chill. very comfortable altogether!

  The staff is very helpfull and nice. The hotel is well maintained in a quiet area and the rooms are nicely furnished. Beautyfull garden, enclosed free parking, complimentary breakfast. Gabriela even prepared home made pie and mandorla ice ream for us. Very nice.
