  The staff were extremely friendly. They were helpful in giving usinformation and directions for visiting Mr Etna and also suggested wevisit a local festival. The dinner we received was great value for moneyand delicious. We had a fantastic view of Mt Etna and could see lavaflow at night. It was easy to find and had parking.   It was in a superb location easily reached by foot from theferry..beautiful place tasefully decorated and absolutely spotless.   We were upgraded to a different residence - we had booked the San Domenico Residence but we slept in Badia Nuova Residence. The room was perfect for a couple with cooking possibilites. The house had been renovated recently and was very new and clean. We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast at the restaurant next door was also all one could wi... vad folk säger » sh for. The location of Badia Nuova Residence is perfect: Very close to the old city center and only a 15 minute walk from the train station. - I stayed in this hotel with my husband and daughter we really enjoyed ourself - location was perfect.. Close to bars and restaurants and beach, we rented a car which made it all worth while!!! We will be back....

  Excellent!!! The host was young, nice and friendly, he really did care about us and our staying there. The rooms very clean and jolly, nice decorated and our apartment included a nice kitchen where we chose to have breakfast self cooked to enjoy it together. A little bit far from the city but cosy and relaxing. It was such a pitty we couldn;t spen... vad folk säger » d more than a day there.a nice barbecue and a little olive orchard can be seen from your balcony. - The loaction may seem a little way-out but its a short walk to a good beach. The owner was really nice and helped us print our airline ticket in his house. There is a nice area for BBQ out the back, and a little retreat with hammocks. We would recommend this for a group of people to stay as the on-site bar/restaurant is a good place to chill. very comfortable altogether!

  Great owner, very friendly and helpfull, that is how really looks the famous italian hospitality. Simple but very tasty breakfast. Good standard for that price. - The host is super friendly guy. He prepares perffect breakfast. I think that this was a main factor our stay was great!

  The staff is very helpfull and nice. The hotel is well maintained in a quiet area and the rooms are nicely furnished. Beautyfull garden, enclosed free parking, complimentary breakfast. Gabriela even prepared home made pie and mandorla ice ream for us. Very nice.
