Charming quaint old building. Room was huge and our bed was two beds put together as one, but comfy enough.(This is rather the norm in Italy). We travelled with another couple so this was like sharing an apartment. Giuseppina was a wonderful host helping us with suggestions on whereto eat, (all of which we loved) even though she had little English. Son Giuseppe carried our bags up the 3 flights of stairs and down again on our departure. Wonderful breakfast. Would absolutely recommend.

The owners of the B&B were very friendly and helpful taking care of all our needs. The hotel was located in the old town centre, short stroll from magnificent views and all town monuments and attractions. We spent two nights in the hotel and we loved it! The staff is super friendly and speak good English. Before leaving they helped us choosing next destinations in Sicily! On breakfast there were some fresh fruits in a buffet and good Italian coffee. Taormina is 10 mins away by car. Beach is 20 meters away. -

Great location, very accommodating.. Very helpful staff, very close to Fontana Bianche.. The bicycles available for free on the property were a great way to get to the beach and rocks. The restaurant on site is amazing.. The wait staff was incredible and very accommodating.. -

Owner is very friendly, caring, educated and hospitable.
No problem getting there. Just use the coordinates you receive from Balarte or the 'location on the map'-feature in your TomTom. letsbookhotel.comsite gives you the exact location. Also Balarte signs on roads close by.

Very eclectic and modern design, the room was very comfortable with lots of storage space and high end shower and bath soaps. The location is rural and very peaceful, the grounds are beautiful, the breakfast was a delicious mix of local dishes and fresh fruit. The lady in charge was very graceful and helpful. I would describe the Balarte as the Gugenheim in the middle on the Scicilian countryside !

Such an amazing place! Wonderful hotel, beautiful pool and lounge-garden. Very nice modern design with still a lot of atmosphere. Huge breakfast with lots of savory and sweet dishes. We had the most incredible time here. The location is great - close
enough to the nearby beaches and towns to do day (and night) trips. The
pool and surrounding area with orange trees, lounges and day beds is so
peaceful and relaxing that we didn't want to leave. On top of this
the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. A special mention must also
go to the owner who really went out of her way to make our stay
something to remember. We are already planning our next visit!!
