Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. 2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a
pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all
the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big
sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The
bathroom is also new and bog enough.

- Excelent staff, very helpful and friendly. They give you good advice on what to do, discounts for scooter renting and they even returned for us our scooter when we decided to leave in the first ferry. They also took us to the port by car.

We enjoyed our stay here very much: the infrastructure is a recent renovation with qualitative material. The rooms are nice and very clean and designed functionally. The accomodation is managed by 4 women (Barbara, Katia, Margherita and Mima) who are doing this with great passion. Also the kitchen is very good. A lovely quiet place to stay and start from here the discovery of the west coast of Sicily.

Excellent hotel, walking distance from the cable car going up Mount Etna.
We arrived late at night, but the man at the reception was extremely nice!! He explained all excursions, answered all of our questions (millions of them), and was able to share with us his love of the volcano. This certainly made our stay.
The room was great, super clean, wifi is great.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is the middle of lemon trees fields, so you have breakfast under the trees. It is well located to visit Noto and the beaches in the south area of Siracusa. Room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We even had a small terrace with a kitchen if needed. Great value for money. A hire car would be useful if you want to sightsee further afield. - The hotel staff were top class. Helpful to every request. One of the receptionists (whose name I don't know, but she spends half the year in NYC) forgot to call a cab for the local train station so she drove us herself!....Not something you get to often here in Dublin. We stayed in a junior suite which is on the top floor with a good sized balcony looking directly out over the sea.
