The owners of the hotel were very helpful, and the hotel was exactly what we wanted - beautiful location on the sea front, quiet, easy to park, but close enough for a stroll to a number of good restaurants. it was the best hotel in Sicily I have visit. Owner of the hotel is wery nice man, great thanks for him. the place of the hotel is wery good - near the Taormina and Etna mount. See view is amazing. Dinner was wery delicious.
If I will go in Sicily again, this will be my favourite hotel. Thanks for Hami one more time for best immpressions!

the owner family and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful although i spoke very little italian. two staffs spoke pretty good english. the room not so big, but is cozy, clean, very nicely decorated with a touch of arabian style. -

This was the best hotel we've stayed in Italy! We've been to Roma, Firenze, Venezia on similar (cheap) hotels and this was by far the best.

Recently refurbished with modern open public areas on ground floor with small bar area. Very comfortable reasonably sized room in which everything worked very well - efficient AC and excellent hot water pressure although the shower cubicle is one of those very compact jobs.
The reception staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and informative and speak good English.
The hotel is very centrally located and for the price it would be difficult to find a better hotel in Palermo.

This hotel was excellent. In particular the staff were superb. The hotel was very clean and well presented. It is in a great city centre location but is also very quiet. It is close to the airport bus stop and the ferry terminal. Do not hesitate to book. -

Good value for money, perfect location in the central street and very close to the main train station. Room was small but cosy and clean, breakfast was served in the room that made it also quite comfortable. Very nice and welcoming staff; the man working at reception at night shift(unfortunately I don't know his name) was very helpful and friendly.

Great location in the centre of Catania overlooking Plaza Duomo. Noisy during the day......not a problem as we weren't there! 3 mins walk to the bus station to/from the airport. - great location on the piazza duomo, beside the fish market and at the foot of via etnea. you cannot get any more sicilian.
