Everything was great! Thaks a lot to this hotel and its excellant staff! Location is perfect, there are some beautiful beaches accessible by foot and great possibility to explore Costa Smeralda. Rooms are very clean, decorated in local style. There is a swimmingpool, really confortable for families with children. Very good welcome from all staff at the hotel. Excellent position at the heart of the city, close to everything: buses, airport shuttles, train station, restaurants, cafes, seafront etc. very clean and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff who assisted us finding the hotel since it is in a new area and is not well indicated. We got a welcome drink and some home-made sweets. Brand new hotel, excellent stylish rooms and bathrooms, well isolated from one another, impeccable service and quality food. The exterior is well thought and developed.

The location, just inside the city walls and with a look to the harbour from the breakfest terrace is exellent. There is no nolise from the piazza below and the aircon is effective and quiet.
Even the 5 to 10 minutes walk along the harbour to the parking lot is enjoyable.
The host and his staff is very helpfull giving a first class treatment. -

Gemytligt, fin pool - The hotel was in an excellent location and offered superb value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only negative point was the breakfast which was average with not much of a variety. - Possibillity to rent bikes, is a good way to explore the surroundings.
- Very friendly and warm owners, Antonio and Gavina. Gavina made the breakfast and gave us advice for things to do (she told us for example that there was a market in town).

made us feel like one of the family. Genuinely lovely people who despite
speaking little english, went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and
ensure a great stay. The location of the place was great, 5 mins to the
beach, 10 mins to Old town and just around the corner from several
supermarkets. Perfectly clean with ample space in the double room we
