Our room was clean and comfortable with a terrace but a wall in front of
the terrace impeded the view a little. Wifi worked perfectly. We ate in
the restaurant on the first night. The food was very good but we found
it quite expensive at 70 euros for two. Breakfast is sweet except for

It is excellent value for money. The room was absolutely beautiful with the comfort of a 4* hotel (air conditioning, mattress very comfortable, italian shower, samples in the bathroom), with a big terrace.
The swimming poll was very clean with sunbath chairs & transats.

Our room was spotless & cleaned daily. The room is a good sized double for the price, perfectly located for beach days & Tony was extremely helpful and hospitable to us! We would stay again. -

The owner was extremely friendly and very keen to help out. She gave us loads of information on how to get into town and to the beach, which buses etc. We were heading to a wedding on the day of arrival and she did her best to ensure the room was ready for us asap. Room was clean and comfortable with all required facilities. -

A place to stay full of character. Horses roaming in front of the accomodation, and a working stable across the lawn. Horses being ridden in and out gave the place a flavour of real Sardinia, but combined with a luxurious and romantic room. We really enjoyed our stay here. Stayed here for 1 night when returning from Cagliari and needing to fly out of Fertilia Airport the next morning. Hotel is on beautiful grounds that are very well kept. The family run hotel/B&B was friendly, helpfull and hospitable. The hotel is very clean, we enjoyed the swimming pool. Their daughter is studying Russian which was great for us, her mother is originally from England and her husband from Sardinia so we had no communications problems which is unusual for a small hotel. We were only sorry our stay was so short and will definitely return.

Hotel staff were so very friendly and helpful.
Interior of the room was really nice. Equipped with a Safe, Refridgerator which contained free bottles of water, electric kettle a choice of teabags.
Night were very quiet and peaceful, we were not disturbed by any noises.
