  Stora rum , rent och trevlig personal - reception staff was incredibly helpful with directions, recommendations and arranging reservations at sites. - staff greetings , very clean rooms,and perfect service - everything, even they offered the mini bar to be free.

  Whilst we didnt use the pool the scenery and decor overall standard was fantastic and very convenient as a base to explore Florence. Would definitely recommend for other persons. - The ability to be worry free

  The Hotel is very nice. Although it is placed outside historical center, it is very suitable for those who travel by car. The Hotel is new, the rooms are well-designed and very clean. In the room you can find robes and sleepers, bath cosmetics, razor and toothbrush. The TV works good, about 20 channels on different languages (english, italian, fren... vad folk säger » ch, russian..). Mini bar is for free!!! - We liked the location, the decoration of the room, the amenities, the comfort of the room, the lobby, and the meals. Most staff were friendly, extremely helpful, personable, and courteous
