  Most helpful staff-especially front desk (helping me to stay in the sort of quite and large room that I would prefer and advising me good for value excellent restaurants that locals enjoy) and 'concierge' ready to help with anything you ask. The fact that this hotel is not like one of those factory like five star hotels which look utterly imperson... vad folk säger » al. Every customer is treated like he is the most important one in the hotel. And of course the building and location itself. One feels at home not ju - Perfect location in Rome . Walking distance from all major sights. Staff spoke all languages and was well trained and super friendly . Rooms and beds were amazingly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and dedinitely a must. Views of Rome from hotel were breathtaking . A must stay when visiting Rome.

  The Hotel Eden is located in the heart of Rome, but out of the way of the fray and traffic. Near the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, great restaurants and shopping are nearby. The concierge staff responded to every request, before we arrived and during our stay. The bell staff and doorman greeted us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. The roof top bar was a beautiful place to st - My wife and I greatly appreciated our stay at this hotel. We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful. To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders. The one star Michelin is really well deserved.

  We stayed at Relais De L'Opera for our honeymoon in Rome and it was an excellent choice. We were contacted in advance and offered various options for a transfer to the hotel from the airport, and chose a private driver who was there and waiting for us.   Only about 45 minutes from Rome this hotel is an excellent escape into the countryside. It is somewhat remote but in a beautiful relaxing atmosphere with lovely rooms and an excellent restaurant.
