  We had two days in Rome and this was the perfect hotel for it. Location: Less than a 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We were able to easily walk to the Coliseum/Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and Pantheon (and take the hop-on, hop-off bus to the Vatican). We were even able to see most sites both during the day and at night (Coliseum and Trevi are... vad folk säger » especially impressive at night). The shopping and restaurants near Trevi Fountain were great. We especially liked being able to site-see during the - The whole experience was fantastic. We felt as thought we were exclusive, within the luxurious estate, and could not fault the prompt assistance from the staff. The breakfast was superb. Recommendations by staff , including bookings for restaurants were also well managed. Our room was a Palatial size bedroom and ensuite complete with deep bath. 24 hour concierge was also a secure comfort. Highly recommended for a stay.

  At the outset, you must know what it is you want or expect whilst booking this hotel. Don't expect to be waited on with room service or other amenities like laundry services. Once you've got that out of the way, you have an excellent property in the heart of Rome that is straight to the point.   Most helpful staff-especially front desk (helping me to stay in the sort of quite and large room that I would prefer and advising me good for value excellent restaurants that locals enjoy) and 'concierge' ready to help with anything you ask. Walking distance from all major sights. Staff spoke all languages and was well trained and super friendly . Rooms and beds were amazingly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and dedinitely a must. Views of Rome from hotel were breathtaking . A must stay when visiting Rome.
