  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Metro also two blocks away for a 7 minute trip to the Vatican Metro station. Hotel breakfast was continental but sufficient a... vad folk säger » nd nice and easy before starting the day. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

  Friendly and helpful staff, close to Termini, great value for the price. - Location of the hotel is okay. Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.

  Owner was very nice and helpful. Hotel was located 800m from the train station and easy to walk to but it was rather hard on the pull along suite case as the pavement was rough and uneven. I broke off one wheel before and had to buy an expensive replacement suite case in Stockholm.   Very good service although not much English spoken. When we over shot railway station we phoned hotel to say we would be late in and we were surperised to find someone at the station to pick us up! We were able to commute to Rome easily with train/bus pass for 8euros per day.   Great location. Can walk just about every where except to the Vatican which is a bit far. But very close to the metro (5 min). Close to restaurant. More of a local area (vs very touristic area). Room very clean and big enough for 3 people. Breakfast is good. People are helpful although they do not speak a lot of English. Very convinient and has beautiful decoration. You can use the terrace all day and night, romantic, perfect for couples or even for group of friends. The hotel is very quiet at night even though there is a bar close by. It certainly is a good choice. I would stay there again.

  Staff was very helpful - It was convenient for a stop over to catch a morning flight out as it is reasonably close to the airport and the hotel offer a shuttle. Not recommended if you want to go to the city every day as it is a long way. Hotel staff friendly and accomodating.

  It is a good place to stay in Montefiascone, right in the city centre. My room had a view upon the lake. The restaurant to the hotel is considered to best in town, a great variety of tasty Italian dishes. - Great location right at the central Piazza with superb views of the lago di Bolsena, a great roof-top restaurant and lots of bars around.
