  The B&B is very clean and the stuff are very nice. We had a good time there. Tram and buses that take you to the city center in 10 min are just several minutes away by foot.   The large villa is situated in a pastoral area. The lady of the house is most helpful and charming. Nice Italian breakfast. The B&B rooms are big and comfortable, cleanliness extreme, pretty garden with swimming pool. Exit from E 145 leads directly to the B&B in Volla. We recommend using the GPS, giving the degree of longitude + latitude... vad folk säger » (is given in the ad on internet) - Our room was large and sumptious, with all the luxuries of home plus some. Breakfast was delicious, and included a fruit tart made by our hostess. Our hosts were exceedingly helpful, offering recommendations for places to eat and things to see (both in Cassino and in Florence, where we were headed to next).

  This is absolutely gorgeous location with amazing view. The B&B itself is in old building but renovated and everything is brand new. In the building there is also a restaurant with amazing food and great atmosphere. You can buy local wine very cheap, its produced on premises. Very comfy beds and clean bathroom.

  I liked everything! Wonderful staff attitudes towards guests .... fulfilled all reasonable requests. The restaurant is very tasty food!!!! I have been enjoying my stay in this hotel. - Everything was wonderful, the service to the pools, the room, the food was all great.

  We are the couple that traveled with Celia and Mark, Lynne and Bob Miertschin. We really enjoyed every moment of our stay! We were near the museums, countryside and within a reasonable drive to Rome. We especially loved the restaurant on site for breakfast and dinners. Very convenient and gourmet preparation of food at every meal. The owners also ... vad folk säger » had a companion restaurant and beach site that was available to the patrons. We ate there and enjoyed the beach! It was beautiful. This family owned b - lovely 22 room hotel in residential area or Tarquinia. 10mins uphill walk to old walled town which was wonderful and a bus ride to the beach which wasn't that nice. The food in the hotel is superb and has an excellent chef. Hotel arranged a taxi from our ship in Civitecchia and again to take us to Rome Airport. Not anywhere to walk so would recommend a car as its a lovely region.
