Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking.
Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

Not your typical hotel, but charming. Modern, rooms are larger than expected, esp for the price. Excellent location just behind Piazza Navona, convenient to Pantheon, Vatican, Tiber River and all things ancient. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and amenities. Would stay here again!

I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well. For the most part, most hotels tend to offer those old 1970 blow dryers that are more like hoses

The man who helped with the check in also brought us to our room and gave us an overview of the facilities. He was really friendly and detailed. - Everything. The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. The staff was really kind and helpful.

We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view.

First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too. The situation of the hotel is absolutely perfect: 5-minute walk from Termini station and near the city center). The staff is very friendly, polite and client-oriented. The receptionist helped us with information about the city (map, how to get to the sightseeings, transport etc.). Room was clean and well-equipped, looked fresh. The breakfast is also perfect - variety of meal for different tastes)
