  Owned by a lovely family, who made us feel very welcome and are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. It is very close to a wonderful sparkling beach which is very safe for swimming. Very quiet set among lots of trees. As it is a little distance from shops and restaurants, a car would be useful. So overall we had some heartwarmi - We stayed at four different hotels in Italy and Agriturismo Il Termine was by far the best hotel. Very nice staff, you feel as you are part of the family. The hotel also had fantastic food!!! The best food on Elba including the breakfast. It is a small and cosy hotel so if you want to relax and enjoy nature this is the place to visit. We only regret that we could not stay longer!

  Underbar frukostmiljö. Trevlig och gullig personal i baren och poolbaren. Restaurangen jättefin. God mat och gott vin. Bra personal. - Excellent !!!!! I was spending the most enjoyable 2 days of holliday, even the wheather was rainy, due to the excelent tips received f - We loved the hotel from the time we arrived and throughout our stay. The front desk is exceptional. Our room had a balcony with double doors which we rarely closed so we could hear the surf. The furnishings were "simple elegance". Everything was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was a feast and the coffee order was immediately taken and served. We would most definitely stay here again.

  Wonderful place with great staff & dining facility. A beautiful walk to the beach through garden with flowers and fruit trees. The beach is just the right size with two restaurants and 2 shops, it is a small village with great atmosphere. The hotel had all the services and made sure that we have everything and more.   Mycket trevlig personal. Utmärkt mat under alla de 5 dagar somvi bodde där i maj 2008. Hotellet verkligt smakfullt med enastående fin utsikt över havet. Kort sagt ett förtklassigt hotell med mucket bra service. - I like the friendliness of the staff. They were always willing to please me during my stay. Even when I behave naughty sometimes.

  An absolutely wonderful residence with the most fantastic family owners. They were so helpful with everything, and couldn't of done more to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well maintained. The grounds are kept immaculate and a bonus, the pool was open, the views across the island are simply breathtaking. It was the end of the season and they were still friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. The apartments are efficiently designed and comfortable, with sea views, and close enough to walk to town. A lovely place to stay, and we would definitely stay there again.
