  The place was simply fantastic. Stunning views from the restaurant which overlooked the bay and hills, sunset was divine. The place was set in an idylic rural setting, with imposing views within a medieval heritage site. You have to expereince this place, simply the best. We loved Castellabate and Villa Tamara. The apartmentd were pretty and with all the conforts. Ideal location for us, a mature couple, but there were also young families and a group of friends. If you have never been in Cilento, go there. People are friendly and the beach is nice. You're also close to Paestum one of the most important historical places in Italy.

  Sorrento Apartments is a 5 on all questions. I picked Sorrento apartments because the price was completive and the ratings were higher. I made my reservation kind of late but I still requested a bath tub and a lower floor. I figured asking can’t hurt. They were able to accommodate me on both request and I got a balcony suite. Everyth - Sorrento apartments was a joy to stay at, the staff were courteous and very friendly. we stayed in the 4 person apartment with the balcony. we were over in Sorrento for our wedding and a number of times we had around 20+ people in our apartment and they happily accommodated us. the balcony was able to hold 20+ people with sun beds, table, chairs and even a little pond provided! the apartment was clean and fresh and the kitchen fully kitted out for self sustained living. the bar below happily br

  Robert and Loretta were gracious hosts. They really made our stay special. They served us a delicious homemade breakfast every morning on the terrace. It is a bit of a walk into town with quite a few stairs but this is common for Positano and - We stayed at Giardini Dei Sensi for 3 nights and were warmly welcomed by Roberto and Loretta to their beautiful home. They are the perfect hosts and breakfast is a delicious feast, including local dishes. Positano is great for a relaxing beach holiday. The views are spectacular, but the steps are not for the faint hearted! We hiked up to the Path of the Gods, which was absolutely stunning and well worth doing.   The location was only 2 klm on a bus to Amalfi .It can be seen from the hotel .The couple who run it were extremely friendly and helpful.They even purchased my bus tickets at the tabacco shop for me to save me going in to Amalfi each day.Bus stop 2 mins from hotel .Two great restaurants next door.   The location is fantastic and the staff was more than helpful. Also, the breakfast/brunch is very good. - We choose the panoramic view with large balcony and while it was more expensive than a standard room, it have us a huge balcony which had sun all day long with some shade. Lovely luxury.

  Lovely view of sea from room. balcony you could eat out on, hot, powerful shower, Staff very helpful. Given hotel is on the side of a hill the hotel runs a regular minibus service to/from Forio town center, hotel has its own thermal bath - Everything was excelent! But you should remember - it's high on the hill.
