  Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel. Lina was warm and welcoming, and very gracious in the phone calls and... vad folk säger » emails prior to our visit. Marika checked us in and was also a beacon of grace and customer service. Last but not least, Serafina and her home baked - I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends.   Located on the seventh floor of a high rise building within easy walking distance of old and neo-classical Naples. Also 600m to the port for trips to Capri, Amalfi coast, Sicily etc. Friendly staff who let us check in early and stored our luggage on departure. Located within 5-10 minutes walk from the main places of Naples. The room was quite spacious and clean. Special thanks to nice girl at the reception Lyudmila, she helped us with a choice of restaurants and places to visit. The hotel owner is very friendly and nice person. We had a late check out and he agreed with it. Taxi was called at the time.

  Rota Suites is awesome. It is clean, modern and recently refurbished. The decor was very tasteful. Giuseppi and Rafaella couldn't have been more helpful.   We chose this location as it was en route to Rome and needed to chill. The GaiaChiara Resort Hotel was exactly what we were looking for. The restaurant that was down the road from the Hotel was also excellent.   Comfortable, clean room with an exceptional view over the hills (right from our bed), very friendly and helpfull staff. Because of the gardening, the isolated location uphill and the admosphere a very pleasent place to be at. - The staff was so kind! They prepared lunch even after we checked out and served it pool side.

  This place was brilliant. Great location, right in the center, with clean rooms attentive staff. Stayed for three nights and had a wonderful time. His professionalism was only outranked by his pleasant personality. He was the perfect host and served the best breakfast each morning.
