  Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel. Lina was warm and welcoming, and very gracious in the phone calls and... vad folk säger » emails prior to our visit. Marika checked us in and was also a beacon of grace and customer service. Last but not least, Serafina and her home baked - I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends.   Rota Suites is awesome. It is clean, modern and recently refurbished. The decor was very tasteful. Giuseppi and Rafaella couldn't have been more helpful. We were in Sorrento for almost two weeks and it was wonderful to have a "home" to return to each day. - Accommodation was really excellent - spacious, modern, clean and centrally located Offering ... vad folk säger » ease of access to Tasso Square and public transport links but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. Concierge service was exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times.
