  We found the Hotel Pellegrino quite lovely, and the Rispoli family lived up to their friendly reputation, showing great pride and sincere warmth.   Ivan and Fabbiana are exceptional hosts - we were grateful to have such wonderful people welcome us to Sorrento. The staff is a reflection of the owners - Giovanni went out of his way to assist us with parking, traffic control while we parked, and carrying our bags to the hotel. Last but not least, Serafina and her home baked - I loved the warm, welcoming staff and Giovanni's delicious cappuccinos. The breakfast was delicious, the location was smack dab in the center of everything, and the room was spacious and clean, clean, clean. If you're looking for a formal environment where staff doesn't speak unless spoken to, this isn't the place for you. Palazzo Montefusco feels like you're staying with old friends.   Villa Fraulo is set in a stunning location, high on the cliffs looking over the sea. The town of Ravello is wonderful, full of great restaurants, small shops and lovely buildings. The hotel was arranged a car to collect us from Naples airport and the driver was able to provide a tour to Pompei, Vesuvius and Herculaneum whi - The most Fantastic hotel, with beautiful views, great rooms, superb location near centre of Ravello, brilliant breakfast with such a variety & quality and absolutely top class staff who cared for their guests, sought high standards and were, well, just very, very nice, helpful people. Fully recommend this hotel - good car parking & it's also an oasis, when you get all 'touristed out', this is the place to relax. Just lovely!
