We had our cot for our little one set up nicely and a beautiful little kitchen to cook in when we felt like a night at home.   Well situated, a lovely 15 min walk into town. Beach 8 mins down the hill. Clean, simple, effective. We hired a car (40E pd) to explore the island. Perfect size to do that. - Friendly and helpful reception staff, handy for beach and town by foot - albeit a 20 minute walk is good for us.

  We drove my little Fiat up and down the amazing Amalfi Coast and stayed 3days/2nights. We should have stayed longer. It was late January and there was still plenty to do and see. Winter is now my favourite season to discover Italy. Sure it might rain a little but usually crisp sunny days. Only real people about. No crowds. Upon arrival which was quite late, being 00:00, I was greeted and offered a drink while I was checked in. This was very pleasant after a long journey, and exceptional considering the time.   We spent there only one night, but the hotel with its beautiful gardenwas just great, even in February. Friendly staff, spacious room,comfortable bed etc... The town of Castellammare di Stabia is not verynice, so you have to drive to Amalfi coast to get decent views.   Excellent location, great park (kids were very happy). Kitchen was a big plus for us. If you want to got to s beach, Misena is just 15 min drive away. Alessandra is very friendly.

  The hotel is well positioned - about a 8-10minute walk from town and bus/train station but therefore away from busy streets. The view across to Vesuvius is fantastic. We were given a complimentary upgrade to a sea facing room which was much appreciated. The buffet breakfast offers everything you could want!
