  We travel frequently and are discerning about facilities, however I have to say that this is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in, except for a few minor problems due to the time of year, immediately after the New Year. - This is the loveliest hotel I have ever stayed in.   Perfect hotel, very friendly staff, clean and very comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and warm pool. It takes some time (15 minutes) to reach the sea. But for us it was positive moment - it is so nice to have walk.   This was our fourth stay at this hotel. Our previous 3 stays occured during the years that the hotel was a JW Marriott. The hotel has been completed refurbished and it is beautiful. The new feeling is one of a boutique hotel with an intimate feeling. The entire staff went out of its way to meet our every need.   The location of the hotel was beautiful overlooking the sea from the balcony or the terrace. The van shuttle service to pickup from the bus stop was most appreciate with luggage. The pool was a refreshing on a hot humid stay in Praiano. The breakfast and dining room provided a assortment of food for good value. The friendliness of the staff.   Agree with all the nice things said! We arrived mid-afternoon, were welcomed by Roberto, who showed us around and gave us really helpful information to get down to the Hercuaneum Roman site. We were quite tired when we got back and while talking about possible restaurants, Patrizia suggested that we stay in and have a pizza instead! We slept really well in our room, which - Very nicely located and tastefully decorated, with attention to detail. Fine beds. Sympathetic and helpful owners. Ideal base for visiting Campanias highlights for the station of Torre del Greco is only a 20 minute walk away. And if you like, Roberto is willing to give you a transfer.
