  Agree with all the nice things said! We arrived mid-afternoon, were welcomed by Roberto, who showed us around and gave us really helpful information to get down to the Hercuaneum Roman site. We were quite tired when we got back and while talking about possible restaurants, Patrizia suggested that we stay in and have a pizza instead!   Antonietta and Giovanna were the perfect hosts from start to finish. Their staff including Nico, Diego and Paulo were always very polite, pleasant and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for Antonietta, Giovanna and their staff!! The hotel looks great and our room was clean and a good size with a patio area leading to the garden. All in all, Orsa Maggiore is a beautiful hotel with excellent owners and - Orsa Maggiore was a beautiful stop for us on our honeymoon. I would request a room Oceanside (beautiful sunsets). The rooms are clean and pretty, but here, you are paying for the views and a great design of a pool area! The staff are also all very nice and helpful! They made good dinner recommendations and always offered to shuttle you around the island (this is quite helpful if you know Capri) and the wifi connection is good. Also-the free breakfast is plentiful!

  The Poseidonia Mare has got to be one of the best kept secrets in all of Italy!
