The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst

After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, which deserves all the best rating it has. I would say it is rather 3 star hotel than B&B. New, clean, comfortable, close to city centre and railway station featuring open terrace, fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine that allows you to have proper cappuccino for breakfast. Grazie mile, Alfonso, for your warm and welcoming hospitality. It was the best hotel in our 10 days trip in Italy. We will definitely recommend belvedere for anyone who visits Sorrento

Everything. The host Marco was very friendly, he gave us great advise regarding restaurants, he even called us before chek-in hour to inform that our room is ready and we can come earlier. The Palazzo Jannuzi Relais was a perfect location right in the center of Sorrento. Was one of the best small hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room overlooked Piazza Tasso and was spacious, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was amazing, lovely and fresh and a great choice - fresh fruits, pastries, cakes, sliced meats, cheeses, eggs, cappuccino and more....and was served on the sunny terrace or lovely sunroom area. We were so surprised by how warm and welcoming the family is at Villa Ketty. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely divine. All fresh and hand made. The views of the sea from everywhere on the resort are spectacular. We want to go back with our kids. You have to try their limoncello. Excellent. A hidden gem.
