  Lovely place and staff very helpfull. Everything you need is there, shops close at 8pm :-D. Comfortable rooms, clean and nicely furnished. Fantastic holiday.   This is a great hotel in a great location--a real gem. From what I can tell, all the rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea and the view is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the meals were simple but very good.   Breakfast is amazing: tasty and varied. Every day there were different kind of cakes, fruits, cookies besides main couse. Staff is very personal, helpfull and friendly. Air conditioning is avail - This was so quaint and comforting. An American size shower so you can actually move around! A great view from our window onto the street and some water view. Super friendly owner and staff. Great breakfast buffet and a nice sized dining room. When we told the owner our mini fridge wasn't working it was immediately replaced. The hotel was clean, and we would definitely go back .

  Wonderful staff: so professional, friendly, helpful - the waiters, and also the staff on reception in particular, and also the people who cleaned our room, and the man who immediately came and fixed the air conditioning when there was a problem. Nice rooms and also the service was without doubts the best I saw in Italy. Staff was most helpful and did their best to make us feel very comfortable. Also they serv a very good breakfast. In spite of all that they were extremely helpdful. We communicated using an online translater and that worked. Place and brand new and emaculate. The views are wonderful.   Warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Large swimming pool and heated thermal pool. Although a bit out from the old town where most of the restaurants and bars are (about 10 minutes walk) it's only a short walk to the beach and there is a bus stop right outside to get you into town (just 3 stops) or around the island.

  We stayed in 2 rooms, both of which were lovely. The facilities in the room were high spec & cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast gave huge choice & was really tasty. The location was great as it was on a pedestrianised street in a good location. Finally I can't speak highly enough of the staff. If I was returning to Naples tomorrow I would definitely stay at this hote - We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great. Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!

  Well situated, a lovely 15 min walk into town. Beach 8 mins down the hill. Clean, simple, effective. We hired a car (40E pd) to explore the island. Perfect size to do that. - Friendly and helpful reception staff, handy for beach and town by foot - albeit a 20 minute walk is good for us.

Given hotel is on the side of a hill the hotel runs a regular minibus service to/from Forio town center, hotel has its own thermal bath - Everything was excelent!
