A really nice and cozy place where u are welcomed like its ur own house. Lady who received us, Antonella, was extremely helpful and welcoming. She accommodated our late arrival (9pm) and helped us Solve some issues we had with forgetting our passports back in the hotel in Palermo. We highly suggest this hotel if your looking for something budget friendly, clean and welcoming. They also provide free parking.
alla recensioner » The location is the best for visiting Ragusa Ibla, we have parked the car in front of the guest house and then go up to the historical center. The small guest house (4 rooms) is nicely decorated (and recently, which is a plus), our host was very kind and helpful, the breakfast not abundant, but decent (the espresso machine can be used anytime however). It is the perfect location. Antonella could not have been more accommodating to us during our stay. Breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend staying here without any hesitation. I am a seasoned traveler and give this place 2 thumbs up!!! Parking right outside (free) was fabulous considering the driving/parking situation in Sicily as a whole. Easy to find, easy too park, very good location for Ragusa Ibla without the noise. Very clean and designed, small and cosy. The lady who owns it was extremely kind and helpful, with information on opening times and restaurant recommendations. The lady who organised breakfast was delightful, tolerating my poor Italian and making extra coffees. Very modern and perfectly decorated apartment, and the whole house actually. We were greeted warmly by a lady (Antonella, manager?) who explained everything about the twon of Ragsa, where to go , what to do, and even offered a welcome champagne for free. Everythnig very clean. Fantastci bathroom. Parking for free next to the house. The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean. The stuff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good. At the breakfast there were also bread, cheese and ham, which isn't that common in Italy. It's not always nice to eat something sweet in the morning. So, the breakfast of this hotel was very nice for a change. very nice room, lady stayed one hour overtime on Sunday for us and explained everything w/o any issue (english not so well but with smile on the face all was understood), breakfast prepared in advance in the fridge for all 4 rooms (good choice). Great location between Ragusa Ibla and Ragusa in a historic building with modern interior. Lots of free parking, a definite plus. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Great breakfast. Breakfast was pretty basic. There were nothing to complain about. AC was not working all the time (but maybe I didnt set it up properly). The room was a bit small and cramped. Ask for the ground floor room in case you want bigger rooms. only small negative point is small breakfast area but well furnished. The pillows were uncomfortable. I told the host ,I arrived at 2 o'clock, and she just send me a message the check in time is 4 o'clock. I'm backpacker, I spent two hours around Ragusa with my heavy backpacker..
