  The facilities, staff and location are the very best. The dinners served at the hotel were great!! The friendly staff, the beautiful views and the free breakfast were very nice.   The location was excellent with the beach just a few minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and the room fine with a nice balcony overlooking the sea.   Location, friendliness and Italian feel (ie not corporate chain). Good breakfasts. Balcony good with sea view just about. Resort chosen for us as following children in sailing regatta. Very much an Italian resort rather than a tourist destination but none the worse for that). Hotel is near beach and walking street with little shops, bars and restaurants. Very freandly owners and staff, good breakfast, room cleaning every day.
