  That is a simple, but excellent hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, specially Francesco, who suggested us amazing things to do and to visit in Pisa. Also the room was very clean and tidy, air conditioner working properly and comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and tidy too.   Location - so close to the tower and bars and restaurants. The gentleman on duty was great - under pressure as everyone checking in at once but very helpful and accommodating. Fans in the rooms great - made for great nights sleep. We knew there was no restaurant and wanted to eat out so that was not a problem for us. The hotel is in a small street with no trafic and noise! Possible to park a car for about 8 EUR day just next to the hotel (we parked at the place where our car could watch Pisa tower the whole parking time :))

  Everithing it was excelent. The room have a very userful kitchen. The bathroom is clean. The hotel is right near the bus station and is very easy to go to the leaning tower. Mister from the reception is very nice and help with many informations about what to visit.   The room is very nice and clean. There is a lift so you don't need to carry your bags upstairs. The location is perfect - 5-10 minutes from major attractions and 15 minutes walk from Pisa Central railway station. Luca, the owner, is really very helpful and friendly.   Parking on site, the place was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was surrounded by nature, quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great place to rest for a while.   nice place and so close to the tower, I doubt you could get much closer! no sign outside so remember to take the address with you. (I expect you have to lean out - Absolutly beautiful place to stay. Right in the front of the tower, but though it is busy in the street it si very calm in the hotel.   This hotel was literally five minutes away from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. On our arrival the staff were extremely helpful and suggested a restaurant for a late night pizza. We were able to sit outside and have a lovely view of the Tower while was ate.   The hotel was very close to the airport and very easy to get to even though my flight arrived at midnight. There was someone to greet me at this late hour and also a welcome snack. The hotel was clean and tidy.   The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave. It was like stepping back in time to old style Italy but everything was comfortable and worked very well. Lots of hot water and a good shower.Look forward to our return!
