  I loved that it was 10 minute walk from the " leaning tower of Pisa " , the staff we very friendly gave us lots of information , were great with the kids. The room was clean and was very spacious for a family of four , the bathroom was nice and clean with fresh towels and soaps. What we liked best was the pool area and seating.   That is a simple, but excellent hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful, specially Francesco, who suggested us amazing things to do and to visit in Pisa. Also the room was very clean and tidy, air conditioner working properly and comfortable bed. The bathroom was very clean and tidy too.   Everithing it was excelent. The room have a very userful kitchen. The bathroom is clean. The hotel is right near the bus station and is very easy to go to the leaning tower. Mister from the reception is very nice and help with many informations about what to visit.   The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door. I w - Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room. Would go back again!

  Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service. The B&B is very close to the station and airpo... vad folk säger » rt. The room turned out to be more of a suite which included a separate kitchen with tea and coffee, a microwave, ceramic hob, table and chairs. The b - The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa.   The location was great opposite the railway station, however you heard no noise from the trains. The receptionist who booked us in was very friendly and accommodating and we were allowed to check in and our room was ready at 1100 hours in the morning. The room was basic, little dated but perfectly clean and the bathroom was fine. Towels/soap were ... vad folk säger » provided. There was 24 hour security with video cameras so felt perfectly safe. - What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it. Also, bus connectivity to Pisa was very good and we reach the tower in just 10 minutes. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

  This hotel was excellent for the price and only a stones throw away from the touristy bit with the tower, cathedral etc. literally 200 yards away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa. The parking is quite difficult as the area is mainly pedestrianised and would have been expensive apart ... vad folk säger » from the fact that the hotel will provide a 24 hr parking permit for 10 euros. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the optional breakfas - Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted. A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip. Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.
