  We used this hotel as our base for exploring Venice. It was a 15 minute stroll to the station or 5 minute drive away (free parking at the station) from there it was a 40 minute train ride. The location was lovely and suburban, the hotel spotlessly clean and the staff so friendly, helpful and super welcoming.   Excellent value for money and close to the train station for Venice which was the reason for booking this particular hotel. Excellent owners and staff. Rooms clean and WiFi incl. Breakfast was included and good variety
