  The beginning was not so good- we haven't been able to reach the key holder, calling the published cell phone. But once the neighbor helped us to engage Ciro, the hotel's representative, everything became much better.   The apartment was huge, from the pictures you can not understand the actual size of the apartment. Upon check-in we were greeted with a welcome drink very fresh. We did not expect to find such a nice hotel in a building. It 'was a great discovery this Covo degli Angioini. The area is very peaceful and quiet, we were really great. Despite being at 4 spaces available to us were great. The reception moved us to a bigger apartment than what we had booked and we were very happy about this. Breakfast served in the room at the time chosen by us. All very well organized.

  I book the hotel for the proximity from the port ( I arrived Naples on a cruise). Very convenient, 8 minutes walk off Molo Beverello straight ahead and voila'. Hotel is in the 4th floor of the building. The Staff... A plus. The lady wore all the hats, concierge, receptionist, waitress and so... All with great disposition and grace. The Covo degli Angioini is very well located, close to the harbor and a short walk from the shopping center. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they explained everything we could see how all the monuments and the most characteristic places to eat. They welcomed us really well. The room was large and very clean. We will be back gladly.

  The (2!) roof-terraces were fantastic. Great heating, well sorted kitchen. Very friendly welcome from Fabio. Fantastic safe yet central location, really cool and atmospheric building. Really nice to let us store our bags after we had checked out. Flat layout (big bedroom with bed & sofabed at centre of flat joined to big kitchen, with doors to... vad folk säger » loo and small bunk bed room), worked well for our family. - Place is perfect, right in the centre of city. Supermarkets, restaurants are nearby. Old beautiful building. Very kind helpful and responsive personnel (Marta) and owner (Fabio). Excellent but not expensive place to stay for several days for two adults and two kids to visit all sightseeings in Napoli. Very recommended!

  One street back from the Bay of Naples, excellent location for restaurants the shops, and island hopping via hydrofoil to Capri etc. Staff were very helpful, nice breakfast and coffee; they let us make our own drinks in the Hotel's kitchen.Large Comfortable Room and Bathroom. Arnaldo and Daniella did all they could to make us welcome. Excellent value - Don't be put off by the entrance. Behind the front door and up the elevator you will find a great B and B with a friendly, helpful owner in a great Naples location. A short walk to the Promenade along the water (even at night), close to an upscale shopping neighborhood but not a bad walk into the central historic district of Naples. Good value BandB.

Very funy story with lift for 5cent :-) and small entry´s door.. service and hotel staff unrivalled!!! thanks!!!! - Don't be put down by the stairway in the old building, which has seenlife.
