  We had spent a few days in Sorrento and had a 10 am flight back to the UK from Naples airport, so we decided to stay in Naples the night before to make it easier for us to get to the airport to get our flight. Quiet location, antimafia HQ and lot of policemen in the hotel surrounding, so one can really feel safe.   I book the hotel for the proximity from the port ( I arrived Naples on a cruise). Very convenient, 8 minutes walk off Molo Beverello straight ahead and voila'. The Covo degli Angioini is very well located, close to the harbor and a short walk from the shopping center. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they explained everything we could see how all the monuments and the most characteristic places to eat. They welcomed us really well. The room was large and very clean. We will be back gladly.

All staff were eager to please and offered excellent advice on where to eat and where to go to experience Napoli. The services offered were exceptional and I was treated as a special guest.   The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.

  I liked the small yet beautiful and comfortable room. The bathroom was very clean and looked very nice. The staff is super helpful and I liked the whole atmosphere at Hotel San Paolo. I would go back there anytime. I recommend. - nice roof terrace, wifi, good breakfast, friendly staff

  It's very close to Naploi Centrale which was fantastic after a long days train travel and arriving after dark. Basic accommodation, but everything works and there's lots of hot water. Breakfast croissant coffee and juice is delivered to your room at whatever time you specify. At only 30 euros a night this is fantastic value for money.
