places. We loved Carmela's around the corner and pizza down from
that. There is a dry cleaners ask the hotel for directions. The city of
Naples looks very dirty but the people outside the hotel staff are the
friendliness people in all of Italy. This is a great base point for

Had a room with a balcony and could enjoy watching life in the neighborhood from it. Was an eldery lady that lowered a bucket from her balcony and the delivery boy put a pizza in it and she raised it up 3 stories and took it out!

The staff were excellent. It is in a very good situation although the immediate square it is in, is slightly run down and can be intimidating at first. If the noise of fireworks upsets you, this is not the hotel for you, as there are a number of firework shops in the square and during the festivals there are constant loud bangs.
