  The staff was outstanding...so helpful, friendly, and responsive. We enjoyed talking to them...beyond the usual traveller conversations..the atmosphere was warm and enlightening.   Next to the railway station. They have a bar and a restaurant. I do recommend this hotel. - the hotel is very near the central station. breakfast is good. the staff introduced me to a very nice restaurant with delicious and cheap food and wine.

  We had spent a few days in Sorrento and had a 10 am flight back to the UK from Naples airport, so we decided to stay in Naples the night before to make it easier for us to get to the airport to get our flight.   The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... vad folk säger » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry.
