  Absolutely charming. The building has a lot of character and history. I Loved the fact that only some areas are renovated so you can still see its age. The room was huge and very comfortable.   Located on the seventh floor of a high rise building within easy walking distance of old and neo-classical Naples. Also 600m to the port for trips to Capri, Amalfi coast, Sicily etc. Friendly staff who let us check in early and stored our luggage on departure. We had a late check out and he agreed with it. Taxi was called at the time.

  The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... vad folk säger » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry.   As with any NH hotel, this property was wonderful! The staff was great, the property was modern, and the breakfast was fabulous!   very nice modern hotel, convenient for the station as we were travelling by train on to Sorrento. Staff were lovely and very helpful, loved the area. Room was very clean, breakfast was fantastic and the roof top terrace a really unexpected treat. I would definitely come back.   The hotel was right in the middle of Via Chiaia - a great location for visitors to Napoli. The room was lovely and modern and the shower rocked!!! The staff were so helpful - they even helped us to watch the Man United football match in our room when we couldn't find a bar that was showing it. - Stylish. Free upgrade to suite.
