Everything. Extremely friendly and helpful staff: Alessia in particular could not do enough for us and spoke excellent English. Superb comfortable and elegant room and bathroom ( we had a superior double); great location 2km outside Arezzo, pleasant grounds ( in summer the outside gardens and terrace bar etc would be superb). Excellent restaurant

The hotel was a traditional listed building, simple but comfortable. The owner was very warm and welcoming, and took great care with our dietary requirements, even serving specially made dishes for dinner and breakfast. Arezzo was a beautiful, easy town to visit, stunning on a sunny day.

I really appreciated the staff. They really went above and beyond what hotel staff normally do. I did not know the area and one staff drove to the car rental establishment and let me follow him. I would never of found it on my own. They are a top noch bunch and really made us feel at home. Gabriella especially helped with directions. - The hig

Wonderful setting with superb views and only about a 10 minute drive from Arezzo.
Adequately equipped kitchen and we loved eating on our terrace watching the sun setting over the hills with Arezzo in the distance.
Our children enjoyed the pool and table tennis.
The outside water dispenser offering ordinary, cold or fizzy water was a nice touch.
