  After a long trip to milano, greeting by andrea at the hotel was excellent. He was also so helpful with his recommendations and orientation. Room was rather small but elegantly designed. Location of the hotel next to the metro station and on the main shopping district was just perfect.   Location was good, with access to several Metro stations and trams nearby. Only 5 minutes from "The Last Supper" and several other top 10 sights. The apartment was very clean and new. Excellent cooking facilities.   Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   We were greeted with warm smiles and a professional and efficient check in process. We were then driven to our accommodation by a friendly staff member. We were impressed by the gift basked of breakfast for the next morning as well as home baked biscuits as a welcome. The Magenta apartment was very spacious, light and airy and a great stop for us ... vad folk säger » after 3 weeks on the road. It was good value for money for a young family and a perfect location in walking distance (or quick tram trip) into the cit - Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We had to add an additional night prior to our arrival and this was done with ease and efficiency. Also, on check-out, I had the dates mixed up and thought we were checking out the day after. The staff gave us ample time to check-out and even kept our luggage at their office until we went to pick it up in the afternoon.   Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. You need not leave... vad folk säger » the area, as everything is there. The apartments is big and fits well a family of 5. Cooking facilities are also available. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

  According to their own brochure, they have 3 locations. Me and my daughter stayed 4 nights on the property right opposite the Lancetti station. From the door of the apartment its about 300m to the door of the train (train station is across the street but there is a bit of a walk and 2 mandatory flights of stairs). Tram is 50m away. The tickets to ... vad folk säger » the train can be bought at the station but the tram tickets has to be bought at the tabachia which is right across the street. The tram will take you - The location is quite good, not in the center but the tram and bus station is in front of the residence. It is easy to take bus to Milano Centrale or San Siro stadium. It is also near Carrefour supermarket. The room is quite clean but not everyday they have cleaning service. I like this location also by the reason of calm.
