  Trevlig personal med bra service restaurangbokning, bra renlighet osv - The hotel was in a great position - close to Park Sempione and a 15 min walk to the city centre. It was in a lovely street and inside was well appointed. We stayed in a good room, with a good bathroom. The staff were fantastic.   Plenty! Firstly, I received a very prompt and professional response to an e-mail sent advising of my late check-in time. When I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and spoke brilliant English (my Italian is virtually non-existent). My room was very spacious and was absolutely immaculate. The bed was spacious and comfortable and my room had an efficient air-conditioning system (it was 35-40°C during my stay so this made a mass - The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated. There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located. Wifi very stable and it's free. One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map. In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants. The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate. Location is okay if you don't mind stay

  Nära till mycket. - The staff were helpful. Relaxing atmosphere. Very good value for money. - The lobby is very attractive, with oriental rugs, sofas, and a bar at one end so you can have a drink.   The Sunflower is not located in city centre but very close to the tram station that can take you to the tube so within 15-20 minutes you can get to Duomo. It's a good compromise between price and location. As Milan is a safe city even in the middle of the night you can go back to the hotel with no feeling of fear. Nothing exceptional but everyone can f - Clean and comfortable with helpful and friendly staff.   Great little hotel - I have stayed here several times and enjoy it a lot. It is simple but very clean, very comfortable. There are plenty of conveniences around the neighborhood and it is easy to get around Milan or to/from airport. - nice clean comfortable rooms in a great location accessable to public transportation
