  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  We wanted to be near to La Scala as we had tix, and were delighted by the hotel: it was clean, comfortable, served an excellent breakfast and all the staff were helpful and friendly. Very nice breakfast and food. Very close to Milano center via metropolitana. Very easy to come from airport Bergamo in case you rent the car. Last time I was here with family and we appreciated also very close green park where we passed nice walking with our small daughter.
