  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Once you are at the reception you will see a lot of artistic work which make for a cozy atmosphere. This is also where you will have your breakfast. The breakfast was really nice with a lot of cakes and sweets. The room was nice with a balcony viewing the backyard of the hotel The bathroom comes with a shower which is really fantastic and spacious. The room was also spacious including air conditioning and a TV with various channels.

  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  Centralt, rent, tyst. Även bra pris. - It was very nice for a 3 star hotel. The location was very near the train and metro station allowing you to get about the town easily. The bathrooms were huge compared to the other hotel's that we had stayed at. - The staff and all the services were A1 couldn't ask for better.

  The Jolly Hotel has a lovely modern welcoming reception. The tea/coffeenew [never found it anywhere else] facility at the reception is anexcellent idea for late comers and early risers. Great idea and a mostwecome service. - the view was amazing and the renovated room was absolutely gorgeous!

  This was a well appointed and spacious suite with a screened bedroom area, a comfortable sitting area and kitchenette with seating, as well as separate bathroom; all nicely appointed. Clean and attractively maintained. In a quiet residential area with a nearby supermarket and close to subway which took us to the Duomo in 10 minutes. Hotel was only 10 minutes walk to the train central station which was very convenient to go around. The surrounding area was very quiet with no street noise.
