  Ett bra läge i förhållande till Centralstationen. Snabb och korrekt betjäning i receptionen. Frukosten var bra och mängder med personal som betjänade en. Fina rum men lite skumma tapeter, som madrasser. Kanske ljuddämpande. Fint badrum. Summa sumarum: ett ställe med klass. - Bra läge nära centralstationen. Trevligt rum. Bra frukost!

  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.   Lugnt och bra område, smidigt att ta sig till och från stan med tunnelbanan, endast 6 stop. Trevlig personal. - The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

  Plenty! Firstly, I received a very prompt and professional response to an e-mail sent advising of my late check-in time. When I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and spoke brilliant English (my Italian is virtually non-existent). My room was very spacious and was absolutely immaculate. The bed was spacious and comfortable and my room had an efficient air-conditioning system (it was 35-40°C during my stay so this made a mass - The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated. There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located. Wifi very stable and it's free. One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map. In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants. The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate. Location is okay if you don't mind stay
