  staff was cordial and helpful especially Carlos, Benjamin and Javier. I forgot to ask the lady's name and two other guys. The room was kept clean. We returned for 3 more nights after touring Florence and Venice. Hotel is Clean, with friendly staff who are always ready to help. Breakfast was of very good quality and of enough quantity. I liked my single room with private bathroom. Price is resasonable for the excellent location & Clean condition.

  Everything was perfect! Really kind, friendly, helpful stuff. Nice comfortable room with everything what a tourist need.   The locations was great for us. We needed to be at Linate Airport very early in the morning and travel time was about five minutes. Staff was super helpful regarding restaurant recommendations, directions and making a reservation for a taxi at 05:00 for us.
