  Fantastic location for shopping and sightseeing in Milan. Could see the Via Dante/Piazza dei Mercanti from our balcony. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful meal at a very authentic italian bistro, 18 Novello, on their recommendation. Suite was spacious and elegant. Hotel is set in an historic building with 12 foot ceilings.   Very nice design. Hotel is situated not far away from historical and shopping center (15-20 min by walk). A lot of restaurants near the hotel. 24 hours Courrefour in 5 minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean. WiFi works. - The hotel is great, really fancy, staff extremelly attentive and kind. Is just outside the old town in what look like a new business area of Milan. Great breakfast with a lot of options. The room we stayed was in the last floor with no windows, like an attic. May sound weird, but was really cozy and with a fake hera climbing the walls. Great value for money!

  We stayed in Maison Borella for five nights. It was a very comfortable hotel, great facilities, friendly staff, nice location (right along the canal). The area seems pretty dead in the morning, but it starts to wake up in the late afternoon and evening. There are two metro stations nearby, and the railway stations linking the centre with the three main airports are 10 minutes away by car/taxi. Design: if you are looking for an elegant modern urban design hotel, with personality, Boscolo is a very good option. The room - The hotel is very well located, only a few steps from the Cathedral and Vitoria Emanuelle Gallery with tons of shopping and restaurants.   The Hotel was very clean and comfortable and our room was spacious and airy. Plenty of light during the day and after dark, so cheerful and lots of room. The Porter who helped us with luggage etc was delightful and so helpful and welcoming. Staff are charming universally. Coffee was wonderful!   I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. You need not leave... vad folk säger » the area, as everything is there. The apartments is big and fits well a family of 5. Cooking facilities are also available. Highly recommended. - We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.
