Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. The Staff cannot do enough for you. All desk staff speak great English.
The Spa is perfect. The breakfast is 5* quality with every variation you
could wish for. The spacious bedrooms. Shower is amazingly easy to work
and always hot water from switch on. I can't fault this hotel.

The staff at the reception were very gentle and supportive. We even got un upgrade for the room which made our stay very comfortable; thanks Bruno !
The breakfast was excellent (may we suggest to improve the juice-corner ?).
The parking is spacious and safe. We had a quite nice weekend here and we'll for sure come back again.

The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated.
There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located.
Wifi very stable and it's free.
One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map.
In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants.
The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate.
Location is okay if you don't mind stay
